We utilize the latest drone technology to capture video of your running form from various angles. Then we analyze various aspects of your technique which can reveal inefficiencies, areas of weakness, or stress & loading issues that can lead to injury.
Clients receive a 20+ page report, including snapshots with measurements, visual & verbal cues, and exercises to help address the unique deficiencies in your form, in order to improve your technique.
