Range Physiotherapy is contracted with Medicare, and able to directly bill for PT services for Medicare Beneficiaries.

While we are not contracted with private insurance companies,  there are several options for using your healthcare benefits at our clinic.

Deductibles:  It is important to note that most individuals have health insurance deductibles that exceed the prices for a complete treatment package (6 & 12 - 1-hour sessions).  Since health insurance benefits, including co-pays and co-insurance, typically require individuals to pay 100% of visits until deductibles are met, many clients choose to pay cash or use HSA funds.

Health Savings Account (HSA):  Range Physiotherapy is a certified medical practice, therefore the services we provide are eligible for use with Health Savings Accounts.

How to Submit a Superbill for Reimbursement from your Health Insurance:  1) Check your insurance out-of-network benefits for Physical Therapy.  2) Schedule appointment and start feeling better today!  3)  We will provide you with a Superbill receipt for services provided.  4)  Submit claim with Superbill to your insurance.
